Visiting this website

This website is a static site without user accounts. It sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking or advertising tools. The fonts are delivered from our own server.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of access, to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. We do not combine this data with other data.

Contact form and uploaded files

The contact form is provided by Tally BV (Belgium). It processes the data you enter, such as your name, email address, company, your message, any links you share and any files you upload, on our behalf. Tally stores this data in the European Union. We receive your submission by email and keep it in our office systems, which are provided by Microsoft.

We use this data only to review and answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the engagement. We treat submitted presentations and business information confidentially and do not pass them on without your consent.

Under the GDPR, the legal basis is the steps you request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them. If an enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, we delete it and any uploaded files within 12 months. Longer retention applies where the law requires it.

Transfers abroad

Some providers named above are based in, or may access data from, the USA. Such transfers rely on the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner and the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for information about the data we hold about you, and request that it be corrected, deleted or handed over to you. You can object to processing and withdraw your consent with effect for the future. Write to hello@iai.network.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU, with the data protection authority in your country.

We may update this notice when our website or our providers change. The version published on this page applies.
